Reasons that Joanna Beth Harvelle is fucking flawless.
  • Intruder? Rifle to the back.
  • Gets rifle stolen by cocky sonofabitch? Punch him in the face and take that shit back.
  • Look gorgeous in any grungy outfit.
  • Sharpest shot in a hunter bar.
  • Damn fine hustler.
  • Used as bait, put life in danger? Sure. As long as it gets the fucker caught.
  • Puts Dean in his motherfucking place with a single look.
  • Crafty with a knife.
  • Captured with no visible hope of escape? Cry for a second then buck the fuck up and reassure another girl that everything’ll be fine.
  • Saved. Used as bait again? Sure, no fucking problem.
  • Traumatic experience? It’s all worth it for that one other life being saved.
  • Not allowed to be a hunter? Fuck that, time to go out and help people as best as possible.
  • Nearly raped and murdered by one of your best friends? We done yet? Good. Get me a gun and let’s sort this shit out.
  • Think mother is a demon, but understand that if it means innocents will be saved than the personal sacrifice is worth having to kill her.
  • Look gorgeous in a simple LBD.
  • Kicks ass in heels.
  • Meet an angel. Drinking games ahoy.
  • Guy you’ve been in love with gives you ‘last night on Earth’ speech? “Sweetheart, if this is our last night on Earth I am going to spend it with a little thing I call self respect.”
  • Stay back? Like hell.
  • People trying to save your life int he midst of a battle? “Can we be realistic about this, please.”
  • Sacrifices her fucking perfect self to save not just her friends, but the fucking world.

As a final point: Fuck literally everything else. Jo is the single biggest and most perfect badass in the world. She’s afraid of very little, but when she is, she’s fucking human about it before bouncing back to kick ass. She does not possess a flaw in her whole body.

People say I write about ordinary experiences like poetry. I am very spiritual. I breathe music and books, have an icon art gallery, ink stained fingertips, and a deep, abiding, unapologetic love for Jean Grey, Lyta Alexander and Edward Cullen.
